Physician from China, studied in Vienna. He researches on Quantum, now back in China, ambitious, he is trying to build a Quantum Computer, he already achieved a quantum mobile phone. Not very clear what it does and what is the difference with a normal mobile, but apparently it is about encryption. Anyway, if you can encrypt powerfully with such calculus power, as well you can use such power for *breaking* this hyper encrypted information ... ?
